Mailbox Keys
The District does not manage or issue mailbox keys.
Mailboxes are installed by the developer, and keys are provided to builders, who then distribute them to the original homeowners.
Homeowners
If you recently purchased your home, your mailbox key should have been provided at closing. If you did not receive a key, you may need to contact your builder or have the mailbox re-keyed at your expense.
Renters
If you are renting, please contact your landlord or property manager to obtain your mailbox key.
If your key has been lost, or was not provided by a previous owner or tenant, you will need to have the mailbox re-keyed. For a locksmith, you may contact:
