Lorson Ranch is located east of Marksheffel Road and Fontaine Boulevard in southeast Colorado Springs. The community offers a peaceful, rural setting with convenient access to the city, along with beautiful views of Pikes Peak and Colorado's Front Range.
Home construction began in 2007, and today the community includes more than 3,000 completed homes, with many more currently under construction. Upon completion, Lorson Ranch is expected to feature more than 4,000 homes, along with a school, commercial businesses, open space, neighborhood parks, and a connected trail system for residents to enjoy.
Location
Lorson Ranch is ideally situated near several major military installations, making it a convenient location for military personnel and their families. The community is approximately 6 miles southwest of Schriever Air Force Base, 4 miles south of Peterson Air Force Base, 6 miles southeast of the Colorado Springs Airport, and 5 miles east of Fort Carson Military Reservation.
