Architectural / Design Review Requests
All design review requests must be submitted through the District’s Smartwebs portal. This includes items such as fencing, landscaping, exterior changes, and other improvements requiring approval. Please submit your request prior to starting any work.
How to Submit:
- Log in to your Smartwebs Resident Portal account.
- From your Owner Dashboard, select the ARC (Architectural Review) form under Quick Actions.
- Complete the form, upload required plans and supporting documents, and click Submit.
There is currently no fee for design review submissions.
All proposed improvements must comply with applicable city, county, state, and local codes. Required building permits remain the responsibility of the homeowner. Any changes to an approved application must be resubmitted for review prior to construction.
